One of the products that are more characteristic of the tradition of the high molise. For its preparation we use only the more noble parts of pork (leg, tenderloin) and a small percentage of lard about 5%. His meats come exclusively from pigs bred and slaughtered in our factory. The meat is minced, seasoned with salt and pepper, both freshly ground beans. The mixture is stuffed into natural casing of pig, which gives the final product a smooth taste but at the same time tasty. The cutting is of compact appearance, tending to soft, red staining natural. 250 grams approx.
